Amendments:

Amendments need to be made no less then 18 business days prior to check-in date (by email ). We will not be responsible for any (additional) charges incurred after cancellations/ amendments without confirmation from our side.

No Shows:

If a customer fails to check in at a hotel at the booked time, the hotel will not refund the missed days.
If a customer fails to show up at all , no refunds will be made.

Early check out:

If a customer wishes to check out early no refund will be given. If the early check out is a result of unsatisfied Service kindly contact office@nakhonsawanprovince.com

Our cancellation policy will apply only once your booking is confirmed. A confirmed booking is when we have advised you that the hotel room is available and you have secured your room reservation by arranging a money transfer.
  • +45 days prior to check-in. There is a 10% administration and banking charge
  • 45 - 30 days prior to check-in. three(3) nights penalty plus handling fee (10%) will be charged
  • 30 days (or less) prior to check-in. No refund will be made
